Welcome to the online store for employees of LG Electronics Canada, Inc. (LGECI). Your purchase of goods and services from the store constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms, and the terms of any limited warranty accompanying the product. You agree that LGECI  may make changes in the products, services and prices described in this site, if any, at any time without notice, and you further agree that LGECI can revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice by updating this posting. Your continued use of the site after such modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of such revised Terms and Conditions. Products purchased on this site must be for personal use and are not to be resold to others.




By registering at and in consideration of your use of the site you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information. 

All purchases must be made by employees in their own names and never on behalf of another employee or using another person's mode of payment. Products may only be purchased for personal use, for friends and family, or as gifts. Products may not be purchased for resale or as part of a commercial enterprise.

Some features on this site require use of a password. You are responsible for protecting your password. You agree that you will be responsible for any and all statements made, and acts or omissions that occur, through the use of your password. If you have any reason to believe or become aware of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of your password, notify LGECI immediately. LGECI may assume that any communications LGECI receives under your password have been made by you unless LGECI receives notice otherwise.




How do I place an order  at the LG Employee Store?

First make sure that the product you wish to purchase will fit into the available space in your home. You can make an immediate purchase by clicking the ‘Buy It Now’ button or you can add the product you want to your cart by clicking the ‘Add To Cart’ button. If you click to Buy It Now, you be directed to the checkout page where you will be asked for additional information, just follow the instructions. If you clicked the Add To Cart button and once you have completed your selections, you can then open your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon in the main navigation bar, and follow the instructions for checkout.
Upon completing checkout, you will receive an email confirming the order. We're here for you. If you should need any help while ordering, contact LG Order Support.

Note: If the item is out of stock, the Buy It Now or the Add to Cart button may not be displayed and an ‘Out of Stock’ alert will be displayed. In that case, you may click the Where to Buy button to find local and online retailers offering the product for sale.

Please note that the specific products available at any given time can vary based on current inventory and promotional programs. For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

Purchase Limitations and Restrictions

Employees are limited to purchasing 2 items Per Product Category to a maximum of $20,000 for all product categories combined within a calendar year. LG reserves the right to adjust the number of products an Employee can purchase at its discretion. Employee's shall abide by any such limits.

What should I do if I have trouble placing an order or am unable to complete the checkout process?

We want your ordering experience to be trouble-free, every time. If you believe you have entered all your information correctly, but have been unable to complete checkout, please contact LG Order Support.




What are my payment options for purchases on ?

For your convenience,  accepts payment through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shopify Pay.

When does my credit card get charged?

LG will charge your credit card only when you complete the checkout procedure.

Can I order without a credit card?

At this time, LG only accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shopify Pay for payment. You may link your bank account to an online payment tools, such as Paypal, and be able to pay without using a credit card. However,  does not accept cash or check payments.

Does LG validate my address for each order?

LG will validate your billing as well as shipping address for each transaction. Your credit card billing address needs to be entered exactly as it appears on the credit card statement. This is to protect you from unauthorized purchases and fraud. However, the shipping address does not need to match the billing address. We validate shipping addresses to ensure that we are able to deliver products to the address.

How is the sales tax calculated?

Your purchases from  will be taxed using the applicable tax rate(s) for your shipping address, in accordance with applicable law.

Your invoice will reflect the final total tax, which includes applicable taxes, as well as any applicable rebates or charges such as environmental handling fees and shipping.

How will the charge(s) appear on my credit card statement?

The charge for your  purchase will appear on your credit card as LG Canada Employee Store.

How quickly will I receive my order?

LG usually ships most orders within 4 business days, and most orders should be delivered within 7-10 business days. Final delivery timeline depends on the delivery address and how soon delivery can be scheduled.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders are usually eligible for cancelation for a short period (often as little as 20 minutes) after they are placed. Please contact LG Order Support.

How do I revise my order?

Order modification is restricted, and generally not available through the online order status screen. If a recently placed order needs to be modified, please contact LG Order Support.

How do I get a copy of my invoice/purchase order?

You can print a copy of your invoice from the Order Confirmation page. You can also save the copy of your order confirmation email as a reference.

What happens after I complete my order?

First you will receive an email order confirmation. For major appliances and large size electronics, the LG delivery team will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after I purchased a product on ?

LG sends an automated order confirmation email within minutes of an order being placed. Please check your spam and junk folders for emails from the LG Employee Store and add the address to your safe list or address book to ensure prompt delivery of future emails to your inbox.




Are prices and promotions the same online as they are in the stores?  Canada Employee prices, promotions and selections may differ from those at our authorized retailers. Prices and promotions (e.g., promotion codes or free shipping) offered online may not be the same as seen in stores, and store prices and promotions (e.g., coupons or additional discounts) may not be the same as seen online.

Can I share pricing or deals from the LG Employee store with someone else?

LG Canada Employee prices are only available to LG Canada Employees and they should not be shared with anyone outside our organization. Sharing LG Canada Employee Store screenshots, content (in any way either verbally, through electronic means or via documents) is strictly prohibited.

Is LG offering price match?

LG is currently not offering price match for all products available for purchase on .



What are your shipping options?

All major appliances and large electronics:

In some cases you will have the option to pick up at the LG warehouse or choose to have the product delivered to your home. If you choose the delivery options the product (s)  will be sent via ground shipping, and will include unpacking, plugin/installation, removal of packing materials, and haul away of old appliances, at no additional charge.

All other products including accessories & Parts:

Ship via ground shipping, either through parcel (FedEx, Canada Post or similar parcel delivery services) or through other ground local carriers, and include curbside delivery.


For Pick-Up at Warehouse option:

This option is available for LGECI employees only. Employees must present their LG ID badge and load number at the scheduled time of pick-up. Friends and family members are not permitted to pick-up orders placed by employees on their behalf. Employees must pick up their orders themselves.


Does LG ship to PO Box addresses?

At this time, LG is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.

LG will only deliver shipments to valid Canadian street addresses.  LG Canada Employee Store will not accept orders if the street address is invalid or undeliverable.

Can I modify the shipping destination after placing an order?

It is not possible to modify the shipping destination once an order is placed since the acceptance of your order was based on inventory in your area, and inventory is locked for delivery once an order is confirmed. If you should need help on your order, please contact .

What if I am not available to sign for my package?

Packages that are eligible for curbside delivery do not require your signature or presence at the time of delivery. However, someone should be present to receive larger packages such as major appliances or large televisions, to inspect the package when it is delivered.

What should I do if my shipment has not arrived by the date specified or has been misplaced/lost?

Can I refuse a shipment?

Contact LG Order Support with your order number.

All refused shipments will be considered as unauthorized returns and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to the sender. Please note that refused shipments may take longer to arrive at our warehouse, causing delay in processing your credit.




The limited warranty for your purchase is as indicated on the product page on and included in the box for the product.



What is LG's return policy?

LG Canada Employee Store will accept return requests for purchases within the first 15 days after delivery. Shipping discrepancies or products that arrive damaged must be reported to LG Order Support within 5 business days of delivery in order to be eligible for a full refund.

Once a return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). From this time, you will have 15 calendar days to return the item to LG.

All merchandise returned to LG must be in original packaging with all original items (e.g., manuals, remotes, cables, etc.) that came in the box.

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and credit will not be issued.

Part(s) must be returned in new condition, including: all components, manuals, registration cards and original undamaged packaging.

What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

Contact LG Order Support as soon as you notice damage to your product. There are time limits to report damage to shipped products in order to be eligible for refunds, and refunds are not approved if damage is reported outside of these time frames. In most cases where a product is reported damaged or defective we will do our best to remediate the product, or accept a return if remediation is not possible. We do not currently have the ability to reorder products to match the order.

The LG Canada Employee Store return policy is subject to change without notice but will not affect any purchase order accepted by us prior to the date of change.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

If you purchased the product, part or accessory online on , contact LG Order Support as soon as you notice the defect(s) but no later than 15 days from date of delivery. If approved, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping the defective item to LG.

What should I do if a product or accessory is missing from my shipped package?

Contact LG Order Support as soon as you notice a discrepancy in your delivered order. Discrepancies should be reported within 5 business days of delivery for the order to be eligible for refunds or adjustments.

How do I return a product?

Log into My LG, and view Order Status. Return-eligible items will show a Return link next to them. Click this button or call LG Order Support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions to return the product.

From this time, you will have 15 calendar days to return the item to LG.

If you are provided with a prepaid return label, place it prominently on the packaging, and remove older shipping labels from the packaging. Prepaid return labels are assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund, please do not include products(s) from other returns in the same box.

If you are not provided with a prepaid return label, please mark your package clearly with your RMA number, and include a copy of the RMA and order confirmation inside your return package. Use a shipping method that provides package tracking and ensure that the package arrives at LG's warehouse within the allowed return time frame.

Part(s) must be returned in new condition, including: all components, manuals, registration cards and original undamaged packaging.

LG cannot process your return credit until we receive the product(s) in our warehouse. Product(s) received after the return period will be regarded as unauthorized returns. This includes refused shipments.

Can I return a product or accessory without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number?

No, LG cannot accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by LG for the specific order and item. Please do not ship items back without an RMA.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

There is no charge for shipping returns back to LG. However, LG does charge a restocking fee for certain returns. Please review our Refund Policy for more information.

Do I have to pay for return shipping if I want to exchange an item?

LG does not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to order a different item or a different variant (e.g., color or finish) of the same product, you have to return the item and independently order the product you desire.

What is your refund policy?

When your return is received, it is inspected and matched to the product referenced in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and the condition of the items is verified. Once this is complete, return credit is issued back to the original mode of payment, net of the restocking fee, if applicable. The credit should appear in your credit card or PayPal account in 10-15 business days. The actual time for credit to appear on your account will vary depending on the type of payment used, and by credit card issuer. Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are final and may not be refunded in all cases. Environmental Handling Fees will be refunded.

LG charges a restocking fee for returns of undamaged and non-defective products. The restocking fee is calculated as 8% of the purchase price. The refund you receive will be net of the restocking fee, and any applicable taxes.

Accessories and Parts typically incur a return shipping cost based on item weight.


How long will it take to receive my refund once I have returned the product or accessory?

The refund credit should appear on your credit card statement within 10-15 business days. The actual time for credit to appear on your account will vary depending on the type of payment used, and by credit card issuer. Shipping and handling charges are final and may not be refunded in all cases. Please read our Refund Policy.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. Any action arising out of a dispute between the parties shall be brought in the Province of Ontario and the parties consent to and submit to the jurisdiction of the federal and provincial courts located in the Province of Ontario and waive the right to change venue.

Addendum to the Terms and Conditions


This addendum applies to those persons that are permitted to create an account on the LG Employee Store ( for the purpose of participating in the Friends and Family Event (the Event). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the LG Employee Store Terms and Conditions (the Terms) and this addendum, this addendum shall govern to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency. Except as otherwise expressly amended herein the Terms continue in full force and effect unamended.


1. Term. Any LG Employee store account created by a non-employee shall only be for the period beginning November 22 2022 8:30 am EST and ending on November 29 2022, 11:59 pm EST, following which all Event accounts will be terminated.
2. Permitted Accounts. For the term of the Event, non-employees who received an invitation to create an account may do so in their own name.
3. Purchase Limitations. A maximum of ten units of any one product may be purchased during the Event. Any purchases over this limit will be cancelled. Your order will not be processed if a product is out of stock. In such case you will receive an email notifying you that the order could not be confirmed. Your card will be refunded within [time period].
